It says this was his personal car? Looks clean. My aunt and uncle were lookin for an MM, and haven't come across one that's "suited" their taste yet. I may have to call him and take a quick ride over and check out this bad boy instead.

Buy a Marauder w/ tune, gears, exhaust, t/c and UD pullies and you will be as fast w/ a support system.

It still looks pretty good to drive every day. But you basically buying an engine. I would like to have "KB" do this to my "Black Panther". But I will keep it till the wheels fall off.

It's a shame how dirty that car looks, particularly in light of how much it must have cost!

I agree with sailsman. I'd save my money and get the Marauder. That way, you're already pretty darn close to equal in performance - and you'd have a Marauder, which of course will hold its value better than a Crown Vic.

:coolman: Wash and shine the Panther

:beatnik: Clean the engine bay and spray it with WD-40

:bandit: Do a cleaning of the seats with a leather treatment

:pimp: Clean very well the interiors and do some vacuum on the interiors too

;) Raise the suspension

:banana2: Clean the trunk too

:baaa: Change the grill for an Police interceptor one


After done those changes it deserve an dignity bid but I still offer $5.000.00 that's because the milleage

Raise the suspension? That's one of the points of KB P2. It's supposed to have lowered suspension to handle a lot better than a stock Panther can. Mileage high or not, that guy knows what he has, and I'm sure the reserve on it is probably no less than $18-20k on it. I believe that's a bit too high anyway.

If I recall correctly, that car sold for a little over $14,000 earlier this year on ebay with less mileage on it. $25,000 - that would be smoking crack.

:nono: !NO WAY! I prefeer to buy a Marauder before that, it notes that the last owner don't give a $%$#@ in the mainteinance of a KB Panther car, And the raise the suspension I preffer due that speed reducers, bumps, holes, craters on the road are the most worst enemies of the cars.

The blower sits underneath the modified intake manifold, sorta like this (http://allen-superchargers.com/CrownVictoria/00-02.html). (Look at the picture in the lower left corner of that link. You'll see the snout of the blower sticking out underneath the intake manifold.)

It's really hard to see, unless you look closely, but it's there.
