Its been two days in a row....Every morning when i start the car....I notice that the power steering and speedometer do not work....I checked the fuses and noticed that Fuse 18 popped....What else should I check to get this problem fixed? Is there a short somewhere? Could it be the Speed sensor on the transmisson? If it was the sensor, wouldn't it make the Check Engine Light go off?
Mark:help:
ANYONE ELSE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM?

Air suspension is on the same circuit in the box under the hood.....Is your ride height OK??

Jack it right. Things on the circuit are:
Speedo & Odo.
Low level power steering assist.
Load level
It's gotta be one of those things tripping up....
My first guess would be load leveler. I think that has the greatest draw?????
Hey, what about the wiring harness issues in the engine compartment near the fire wall. Could be an issue there.....
Good luck, and keep us all posted...

So then how should I check the Load Leveler? I have a fluke, Plus I have the Ford Service Manual to help me along the way....:thinker:

A membership to alldatadiy.com is a good start for troubleshooting anything.

When it is cold, the air Suspension pump has more drag causing lower resistance and in turn causing a high current draw on that circuit. Two fixes... replace the pump and run the risk of it doing it again or carry extra fuses.
