You can use one of many video hosting sites.

www.youtube.com (http://www.youtube.com)
http://video.google.com
http://www.metacafe.com/

just create an account and upload. It will have to convert the file before it's viewed though. That usually takes a few minutes.

It will then give you or email the link to where you can view it.

Upload into the Gallery, just like you would a photo. Max. size is 10 MB. You can't upload that into a post.
