I don't see why they wouldn't fit? Knowing Ford though, there's a few alterations that will make it not fit.

WHY??? I think the '07 grille looks terrible with the slats spread apart. Maybe it's just me though.

The 03, 04 Grand Marquis chrome grilles fit and if you want the entire grille chrome, no sweat. Send 2 to Zack and he will make you a chrome badgeless grille. If you want the outside ring body color-different animal as the paint does not bond well with the chrome and will not hold up. Talk with Zack for a less incoherent explanation. I expect the same with the 07. Dennis

that 'o7 grille looks like a modified version of the '05-'06 grilles with wider spaced teeth.
They've thickened the surround and added a body colour section?

Personally I like the finer, many 'teeth' of our grilles better.

It's hard to tell exactly from the picture. You may have to visit a dealer and park beside one to compare

That is the 2006+ GMQ grille.
05 GMQ grille is the same as 03-04.

It won't swap onto an 03-05 GMQ/MM. But, if you are willing to also swap your bumper cover, header panel, and headlamps, then it will.

I thought it looked like the header panel was different, but it's hard to tell in the picture.
I've seen cars with that grille on the road, just never had any compulsion to look that close at one. To me the grille bars are just too wide set to be attractive.
