difference between the mm 4.6 and the mach 1?

so it was my understanding that the engine in the mm was the exact same as the mach 1 so why does the mach 1 get +3hp and +2 tq? (305/320) any of you wrenches out there got the skinny?

of course! well maybe...i remeber reading that it was functional but reading alot that it doesnt acutally do anything either. Maybe by 'not really do anything' is +3/+2
