I am the second owner and recently learned that the previous owner had installed different mufflers on my car.
Are there any other telltail signs that my car has been modified for 4.10's?, tune? anything else.

Ask the selling dealer if they know who traded it. Might be able to contact them.

To tell if you have a tune the easiest way is to watch your torqueconverter lock-up speeds. The stock tune locks really early, like 28mph on light throttle, a car with a tune wont lock up the converter until higher speeds (usually between 45 and 63 mph). Also, how does your tranny shift at WOT? Is it slushy or quick crisp and firm. Firmer shifts are usually the result of a tune. For gears, look at your highway rpm's with the stock 3.55's i used to turn about 1900-2000 at 70 mph with the 4.10s its about 2400 or so.

I Wish I could contact the previous owner but the selling dealer in minnasota told me that the guy had passed away from cancer and this was his toy. his wife couldn't stand to look at it anymore so she just sold it back to the dealership.

For a visual ... take and post some higher res pictures of the engine compartment, exhaust, (from under the car), rear suspension.
Post up your brand and tire sizes.
Post up the RPM you are turning on 60 MPH.
Pay attention to the WOT shift.
Check your Oil Pressure Gauge. What is the pressure reading on cold startup?
How loud is the exhaust? If it is stock it will be VERY quiet.

1900 RPM @70 is normal, you say? Hmm...you have planted a seed of doubt in the back of my mind.
I *thought* the only mod on my car when I bought it was the K&N FIPK. But I guess I'm not 100% sure when you get down to it...
