Since Greg extended the video contest until March 31st, I'm posting the video that I've been working on with hopes to rouse interest in the group to get working on their own videos. My entry was going to be the compilation of old drag racing footage below... but now because of the deadline extension into nicer weather and a month into the new drag racing season I'm planning on blowing this one away!

See if it works now. Somehow it got tagged as "private". It's my first time using youtube so pardon the noob mistake.

Nice Vid, and nice choice of tunes, "kickstart my heart" was always a classic.

I think the SRT-4 was sleeping at the tree, but it sure makes for good video. As far as the fender you gave away to me at Milan, I think I remember reading something somewhere that has me a little concerned about our rematch. ;) :D

Now I'm getting geeked over video editors. I did that one in Windows Movie Maker 2.1 and the output format isn't very web friendly and has only basic effects. Youtube recommends MPEG4 format with MP3 audio. I don't know what that means - but I want it.

I'm all ears for you videophiles out there!

JD, I hope that thing has enoughf power to lite up the tires and make some smoke. LOL! Nice start and great music. Let me know when you want me to hold the video camera.

Are you working on your story line yet? The best videos I've seen around here have nothing to do with drag racing. It just takes some imagination and/or a whole lot of smoke. Get 'er done!
