No heat fix

did some searching tonight and found a reset for the HVAC/EATC

With key on and the control unit off just press OFF+FLOOR+AUTOMATIC at the same time and release
this will do a reset and check of the a/c and heater system
wait several seconds and then press the blue(cold) button to end

I tried this and it doesn't work.
What is the correct way ?

This should be it:
press "OFF" and "FLOOR" at the same time and then release,press "AUTOMATIC"
screen should go blank or a segment going in circles for a short time. The complete screen with all segments will come on if all is ok, to restore system back to normal use press the "blue" or cold button. If something is wrong with the electronics it will give a trouble code instead of full screen.
