This is an email sent to me by someone I know. He works in the industry that I do. I've met him, talked with him and don't really like him, but this issue is important.

Tell everybody you know that owns property anywhere in the United States,
Because it happened to me and it could happen to you!
I could have kept my property for a pay-off of $800,000.00 dollars,
but the $800,000.00 was not going to the government to public benefit or tax relief,
But to the developer who had the power to (and ultimately did) CONDEMN my property
The developer is a private person, using Eminent Domain for his own personal benefit, 800,000 worth of benefit.

Eminent Domain Abuse – front and center – and it can happen to you!
The Federal Courts have said that paying to KEEP your property RIGHTS is not EXTORTION, but I say that it is and that is why we filed with the United States Supreme Court to fix what is wrong not only in Port Chester, NY but now everywhere in the USA, because of court decisions. Please send this to everyone you know because NATIONAL public awareness is what will convince the Supreme Court to hear our pleas for justice.
