Does anyone have figures as to how many MM have been produced so far? Also would be nice to know a breakdown of colors:) What is the cut-off date for ordering an '03? I think it would be cool to know just how "exclusive" we are. I am bettint the 2% figure is too high

Haven't seen any final figures.
I think the cut off date for ordering '03s is past. The plant starts '04 production mid July, then about 2 weeks later goes into summer break, from what I've read
