03+ Crown Vic/Marauder Axles

I have read alot of posts here about axles but they were a bit dated. Besides using 05+CV PI 31 splines or having a custom set machined is there anybody that produces axles for our application?? Also if anyone has any experience with the cv pi 31 splines how much power will they handle??

I haven't seen any OASIS reports showing '05 axles being replaced. I've seen reports of rebuilds including the inner carrier & pinion bearings but not the axles and their related seals and bearings.

Reinhart and FIT BOTH sell 31 Spline Axles.

There are also Ford replacement 31 Spline Axles now available for the '05 CVPI.

I would ASSUME that the aftermarket axles will handle more power, but the their price is greater.

If you get mosers dont you have to send them a factory axle for measurements???
