John - aka BUCKWHEAT, drove from St. Louis, Missouri, to my neck of the woods for business. While in town he called me up and had me pick up his car and give it the works. I am 90% complete with the exterior, and will be extracting the carpets and starting/finishing the interior tomorrow. John informed me yesterday that this perticular Marauder has a bit of history on this website, it's Logan's past MM. It has a custom Metallic Blue clear coat over black that I am currently teaching how to JUMP!

Your camera does a great job of capturing the shine/reflections in your photos, Jason. Excellent pics.

I'll be in Michigan this spring for detailing, let me know what you want done because I am organizing it as we speak...

Rider90,
I am working on my "To Do List" as we speak. And I am buying the first round of soda pops!

I see a bunch of circles (swirls? not up to date on the lingo) when I look at mine from that angle.

Did you buy yours used?
Swirl marks are the sign of an inexperienced detailer, or one that wasn't paying attention, often typical of those cheap-o car wash "Detailing" packages or at used car dealerships. Swirl marks are easy to put into a clear coat, anyone can do it, power or by hand. Fixing the damage can be very time consuming...assuming it is fixable.

Jason, looks great. I can hardly wait to get it back. That shine is good for 10 more horsepower, I can feel it now.

Hey John, is your Marauder on a vacation without you?

It turned out GREAT, John. You'll love it! It will be back in your hands tomorrow. I just got in a few minutes ago, the engine has been degreased and tomorrow morning I will polish the Trilogy inlet and coil covers, as well as dress the engine and work the overall final inspection. Check it out...
