The Marauder's throttle body is a dual bore 57mm. I don't know what size the GM is.

Stock to my knowledge is 65mm. I don't think the size changed between '98 and '03
Don't go above 70 unless you're planning on a power adder

65mm
70mm is the most I'd go n/a, I also wouldn't change it if you still have 2.73s

Your driveshaft should be fine unless you plan on going to 4.10's.

Sounds good.
You have a few options for your t/b. FRPP t/bs include a new TPS.
You will be OK with the stock steel driveshaft so long as you don't go past, or run at/near 100mph continuously
The CVPI/MM aluminum shaft would be ideal, and would raise your critical driveline speed well above the speed limiter. Keep in mind you will also need the CVPI/MM/Town Car transmission tailshaft extension housing (and gasket)
If you have some cash to burn, the CVPI AMMC shaft would be the best, but it is not nesseccarry unless you are planning on running over 110mph often. :P It also requires the extension housing. Chris @ adtr sells the AMMC shaft as a package with the tailshaft housing and gasket.

TPS = Throttle Position Sensor.
If not included, you can swap the stock TPS from your old t/b to the new unit.
