Finally got back to work a few months ago, so took my MM in to get all the stuff I bought from Dennis in late '05 installed. Never got around to installing it in early '06, and then lost my job in April of that year. Priorities.
Anyway, my mechanic installed the Art Carr tranny rebuild kit (I think that's the so-called "Level II" kit), a PI3000 Torque Converter, the Meziere pump, DR rear engine cooling mod, Art Carr finned deep pan, and a tranny temp gauge.
The whole thing cost me almost $1900 bucks to have installed. I don't _think_ I did too bad, but maybe I'm just a fish and don't know any better. Bottom line is that I know the tranny rebuild alone is about 6-7 hours labor ($95/hr.). He had a hard time with the TC, telling me it didn't fit, but emergency phone calls to Dennis and PI got him on the right track. He did very careful work. The WP was 2.5 hours of labor, as was the TC. Tranny R&R was about 4 hours. He changed the cooling mod a bit with some longer hoses and an extra T so that it would be easier to get to in an emergency, and fabbed a workaround to bypass the EGR tube without bending it out.
I bought the optional wiring kit for the Meziere, which says to use Pin 9 for power, but the alarm guy had already appropriated that one, so he had to work around that as well.
Anyway, you all have told me about it, but I cannot friggin' BELIEVE the car now. I am grinning ear to ear. Even with the 4:10's and SCT tune I had never been able to spin the tires. With this I am just tearing up the road. The tranny feels rock solid. Even shifting into park and it locks up like a bank vault now. BTW, my guy told me that he upgraded a couple of kevlar bands inside the rebuild kit? and some other parts. And he welded a bung into the trans pan to support the sending unit better.
So, it's not in my sig line, but here's all the mods I have now since joining here in late '04:

As I said on the cross-linked thread, thanks to all you guys for your great help. :nworthy: I could have done very little without the info I've been given here so generously.
