It depends on who you bought it from. It is normally possible, some dealers lock out all user changes.

My xcal2 from Reinhart allows for some adjustment of the tire revolutions per mile to correct for tire size.

yeah so I just tried to adjust for tires size and I couldnt find where I could adjust anything.

nevermind i talked to dennis and got it all worked out.
