All of the programs I use have the 4.10 gearing. The programs can be erased & you can put any program you want back in it. All necessary cables are included. You can have Dennis or Lidio email you custom files to download yourself.

my guess would be around $80 for shipping on the exhaust to IL. I think I paid around $100 from Reinhart in FL to NV
