Trouble Codes?

I was swapping in my new guages and I blew the instrument cluster fuse, after replacing it my engine light came on. I have a diablo sport predator so I checked the codes. It came back with two codes "P1000 OBD System Readiness Test Not Complete" and P0460 Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit. Any ideas?

I'd clear both codes and see if they come back.
