I'm new to the site. I've had my DFW based 2003 MM since June 5th. Another I guess I fell in love with the Panther platform last year when I found a 1996 P71 on eBay. The car was easy to mod and I wished I'd never sold it- too many toys and too many bills.
I followed the development of the Marauder and finally saw one on the road last May (probably one of y'all) and I guess you can guess the rest of the story. I'm being pretty gentle with the break-in miles (I'm guessing the first 500 or so) but will confess to a couple of experimental Tollway runs. I'm looking forward to learning more about this car.

I was very happy with the price. My employer has the Ford X-Plan and Eugene Boze/Fred Price were my contacts at John Eagle. They drove out and delivered the car- I might be easily impressed but I thought that was cool. I just ordered the Bob White chrome vinyl bumper insets and would be interested in a more agressive exhaust note- that's probably something better suited for the Garage forum.

Wow!- I feel quite welcomed-Thanks. I believe my ride will probably mirror the MM of Houston Ross. Well except it will be a Shiner Bock in the cupholder and my license plate frame says, "I'd rather be...clubbing baby seals". Big fan of Diablo Chip. How many folks show up for the club meetings at John Eagle?

Club has over 30 members, it's a Mercury Club, Classic Cougars, late model Cougars, 4 or 5 Marauder owners...

Welcome 2003 MIB !
I am based in Plano. Great to see another DFW Marauder'er.
You found a great site to go with a fantastic car or vice versa.
If you have the time......read this site from cover to cover. There is no place else that can provide any more 411 on the car. Ask all the questions ya want. We are a friendly bunch.

2003 MIB, looks like we are both two of the newest MM owners. I picked mine up at Eagle on June 7th. I had first
seen the car at the 2001 Dallas Auto Show and it was
lust at first sight. I hope to meet many of the Dallas area
owners at Logan's Cougar meeting next month and many
of the national owners at Ennis in September. One confession though, my MM turned out to be a Father's Day
gift to me from my wife of 41 years. Usually she just gets me Irish whisky.
