marauder302hp Welcome. For performance modifications check with Dennis Reinhardt a vendor that supports this site. The members of this site who purchased his products seem extremely pleased.

Welcome 302,
You have a great car and the site is great too. Lot's of things are out on this site and most of all the people here are great too.
Injoy the car and most of all have fun with it. Look at the home page at the National Marauder Round-up it's in Sept. in Ennis Texas maybe you can make it.

Welcome to the Marauder community! I hope you love your car as much as I love mine!
As mentioned before, Dennis Reinhart is a good source for performance mods.
Try doing a search for "Stage I" mods. You should get a lot of info on what people are doing to get the most from this great car!
You'll find info on gears, torque converters, chips, driveshafts, plugs and other things. Good luck!

Just beware! As a relative newcomer myself, I felt as if it's my duty to warn you about the Stupid Grin that you'll inevitably be wearing each time you see your car.
I've been told that the condition is permanent.

The chip (or PCM reprogramming) is the first mod you need. It improves tranny performance so much you won't believe it's the same car. After that, the rest of Stage I mods discussed here, then if you still have money to spend on it progress to Stage II. Most of the mods can be done one at a time instead of having to do a whole stage at the same time. Not much Mustang/Cobra parts interchangeability, basically everything is "special" for the MM.
Howdy, Marauder302hp. You just made a great decision in getting a new MM. Now all of the other decisions start, about all of the mods which will your car evn better! Take your time, and read a lot of the old posts on this board. There are a lot of guys who know a lot about cars here, and they will all be "gentle" with a newcomer. I know, because no one has insulted me for my dumb questions!

Welcome 302. Glad you found us. The next best thing to owning a Marauder is right here. Talking about it amongst friends. We can help you get that 302 bumped up a bit if your interested.
Some do, some don't but we all have fun here. Enjoy that awesome ride.
