These are the numbers from the base tune.uncorrected..

Run 1: 439.13 rwhp,419.16 torque
Run 2: 431.80 rwhp,419.55 torque

The numbers were still climbing when we let of the throttle at about 6000 rpm.

I tried to upload the graph but it says the file is too big. How can I upload the pic? Its in my sig but may be too small to see

You need to get that thing tuned immediately and keep your foot out of the gas until you do so or its gonna go boom.
A stock motor A/F should be close to 11.0, yours is well above 13!

Zooming in on the chart posted, it looks like the AFR started to tip over 13:1 above 5500 rpm. I think you're the first FIT car to run the stock tune on headers though. Good that you got it on the dyno and had Dave look at your MAF transfer function. It's going to be interesting to see how much the Stainless Works headers will effect AFR on my car. I'm hoping to do before and after dynos.

EDIT: Oops, disregard the comment on the headers. Now that I think about it, TooManyFords had Kooks. I think Snowbird did also.

Our base tune with without headers ususally has an A/F ratio of about 10.5 to 1. We run our base tune pretty rich and very safe. Only 10 degrees of timing. We like to see the final A/F at 11.8 to 1 in open loop. We will have to add more fuel for any cars with Headers. Make sure that all you guys call Dave that have our kits that are putting headers on. We will need to add fuel to your car and than we you should take them and put them on the Dyno. As always. our tuning is FREE! :)

Great numbers:up: . As Zack said, just keep the A/F safe and your car will be fine. Dave will take are of that I'm sure.

Just looking at the numbers at face value, Gill's probably running about 60 hp and tq more than he would have without the full exhaust. BJ's car dyno'ed at 380 rwhp / 360 rwtq with OEM exhaust. Now that's a testament to free flowing exhaust and why it impacts AFR on a blown car. I can't wait!

Also keep in mind that was on the base tune minus a couple of degrees of timing to Keep it safe on this crappy west coast fuel. I have not been back to the dyno since I got the adjusted tune based on the data/O2 readings. (I was not impressed with the local dyno shop. $200 to weld in an O2 bung and 1 pull WITH a down-shift on the pull. :shake: )
