I need to remove my fuel pump relay and my starter relay. Both are in that black box under the hood on the right fenderwell. The relays are packed in so tight that I can't get a grip on them. Is there a special tool for removing them, besides force and a pair of pliers?

Slip jaw pliers will work on the 'big' setting. Grab only the very top corner of the relay case. You don't need much force. Wiggle them a bit and they'll come loose.
Don't pry with a screw driver as you'll run the risk of touching one of the relay legs.
Relays are tougher than you think. They are also standard and cheap, so don't be so nervous!

By the way...Where is the relay for the Air Suspension? Same place?

I found a tool at amazon.com made for removing relays. $10 and worth that.

I used force and a pair of pliers every time. I did this probably 20 times as I retuned the car. Never caused any significant damage. I agree w/ magindat. they seem pretty tough

Fuel pump for tuning, starter for installing a No-Start anti-theft relay.
