well im planning on cutting up the carbon fiber plastic piece, took the part off left of the steering wheel. Noticed something, I have 2 sets of wires, one for the pedal adjuster and one....just going to nowhere...whats it there for? Is this the traction control wiring that 300as had but they just didnt get the switch?

Seems like the car is fitted with wiring for the traction control, but if hooked up to the switch, will it work?

No, the Traction Control Module is not in your car....
only the wiring to the (non-existent) switch.

TC switch wiring is there, but no it doesn't do anything if you hook it up.

In addition to the switch
-an ABS module from a Marauder (unique tire size progammed) w/ traction control
-TRAC-equipped HCU (If your's doesn't have 4 outputs - see below)
-TRAC master cylinder

IF your HCU doesn't have 4 output lines, and 2 inputs lines - rather 3 outputs and 2 inputs, then:
-Rear brake lines from a TRAC equipped panther (preferebly 03+, but 98-02 and even -97 could probably be adapted)

-Master cylinder to HCU brake lines
