Just ordered something to help me predict my ET from Summit.TAG-DYNO-1 ET Predicting software (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=TAG-DYNO-1)
The description says:
The ultimate in elapsed time prediction technology.
These TAG Systems DynoLogs are the most powerful prediction logbook systems used in drag racing. The DynoLogs are user-friendly PC logbooks that are simple to operate. The program combines weather tracking, prediction calculations, vehicle maintenance recording, a vehicle dynamometer, and a vehicle math calculator together into one comprehensive system. It's easy to keep multiple detailed logbooks with unlimited events. Every run, every event, and every logbook gives you a clear and precise view of the conditions surrounding it.

Other features include:

* Throttle stop or ET predictions
* Precise predictions based on your specifications and run criteria
* Use TAG's exclusive prediction calculations or your own calculations
* Powerful run filter allows the addition or elimination of any run from the prediction
* Run analysis and prediction deviation
* Run completion
* Density altitude, sea level ET, altitude factor, and throttle stop ratio calculations
* Average and sea level horsepower calculations and graphs
* 60 ft., 330 ft., 1/8 mile, 1000 ft., and quarter-mile speed and horsepower calculations

Has anyone else used this or anything like it?

It's not the same thing as normal practice at the track. Cars react differently than mouse clicks. Even if you get a pedal setup for the PC, it's not the same as your Marauder.

For testing and tuning, I find that it's not important to get low reaction times. It's more important for bracket racing where consistency is key.

I recently heard about some chassis dynos that are rigged for 1/4 mile drag racing. There's a tree and everything. It records reaction time, 60', 1/8, 1/4, etc... all in the comfort of a garage.

The logging and ET prediction features are what I am getting it for. I had a real hard time hitting my dial last year. Most of the consistant winners were using something like this.
