what are the TOP TEN BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK PERFORMANCE MODs you can do to a MM???
will a 4.10 rear end affect drivability adversely?
where is a good source for a Ford made new gear set and CHIP?
is a K&N filter included ON the car standard or will putting in (which model?) filtercharger air filter improve the TORQUE
I NEED TORQUE

To answer your questions.
The K&N has been shown that is dowesn't add anything to performance over the stok filter.
I can tell you FOR CERTAIN that the Chip and gears wake this car up, and doesn't effect driveability.
Best bang for buck? Chip and gears.
IF you can get a 5.4 lt Motor into the car, I'd say go for it. I would love to see it. I did some research on this, and the cost of the enginering would put it well over 20K, and I don't have that kind of green.
Other Mods are underdriver pullies, New Plugs and Stat. After that it would depend on if you want to go Supercharged or stay NA. There are headers comming soon.
The best place to get this stuff is from Dennis Reinhart. He has great service, andf good prices. Never had a problem. You can get his info from the sponsers link under the links page.
As for you moms Roadmaster, yeah, it would take the marauder in 0-30, but at the end of 1/4 mile, she would be looking at your tail lights. This 4.6 DOHC motor is a rever, it performance kicks it at 30+.

Actually, the Roadmaster's performance #'s are right in line with a stock MM. The race would be close, even with a Roadmaster wagon. Hard to say who the winner would be in such a race. Any Roadmaster up to and including '93, a MM could beat with no problem. Starting in '94 they had the LT1 and those you need to watch.
Just an FYI, in case you run into one on the street. Doubtful that a Roadmaster driver would want to run you though, given the Buick's target demographic.

Unless it's like the '96 Impala SS that dyno'd at 210.8 HP on HPTV

"my MOMZ ROADMASTER WAGON (1996 LT-1 350 cubic inch engine) can blow my Marauder away from 0-30 (!)"
Your MOM raced you?
