Go to this link:
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/viewCatalogPDF.shtml?browserCo mpatable=true&adobeCompatable=true&toolbar=false
and type in page 2346.
Im sure they have what we need and everyone has a Grainger close by!

Our coil cover bolts are metric... no? If so the metric knurled thumb screws are on page 2345 and there are metric winged bolts on page 2347.

Go and support our vendor Wes.
This item is tried and true, just like the ones Mac once offered here.

You can't, they work. Made of SS w/brushed finished heads they look good and cost less than $9.00.

I went to Wes first, but he has stopped selling them. I found some on McMaster-Carr, but there are a numbr of thread sizes and thread pitch and I'm no good at measuring those kinds of things
my guess with out looking would be M6x1.0 on the thread size

It's hard to see from the attached pic in the earlier post. So, do these thumbscrews have a brushed aluminum finish or are they brass like others I've seen?
Thanks.

AFAIK, McMaster-Carr doesn't offer covers. I just wanted their stainless steel thumb screws.
I sourced the covers elsewhere.
