Whats up with the Livewire? Does it work for our cars? I'm excited about the possibilities to say the least...anyone got any news on this? Thank you for your research.

Yup, I want to get one, but I will have to see who will give me the best trade in for my xcal II.

My friend got his, some more info if anyone is wondering about it.

You can do all that data capture with an XCal II. Keep in mind though, with the Xcal II, it will require the use of a laptop computer that has the appropriate SCT Live Link software installed. I've done it before, it is all the same parameters. The advantage you get with this new gadget is that it does it all in one device rather than having to plug the Xcal II into the car plus plugging the laptop into the Xcal II. It is still the same variables as before.
