It can be done. You will need to put the light in the oven for a short time to soften the seal, and then seperate the lens from the housing. A few guys on CVN have done this to black out their headlamps and corners.
After it is apart, you can remove the amber and reseal the corner using clear RTV silicone.

Many break one on their first attempt - you may want to pickup a set of the aftermarket MM corners which have recently appeared to try this on.

Bumping this thread to inquire if there have been any aftermarket, clear corners made for the Marauders.

I searched on the web and have found zilch so far.

Thanks.

i remember someone saying something about removing them before but i dont think i would like it....

removing the amber is also illegal. you must have a reflective strip on the car, hence why many little imports and tuners just have a walnut sized reflector on the side.

The Crown Vic ones do not fit or have a screw and no where to screw it, or some such thing.

If the yellow bugs you why not tint the yellow to blue or black or some such thing. Or better yet put an amber stripe down the side of your Marauder.

Just paint them like I did.

Still shows some of the amber but it blends into the car a bit better.

This is just an idea but if you can take them apart and remove the amber strip. Then you can take them apart and use night shade paint on the amber reflecter and re instal. This will keep it legal but alow it to be less noticeable and blend in with the darker cars.
