wiper arms

Are the wiper arms from older panthers, say a 99 GM the same as ours?
ours seem to be a dealer only part, but the older models seem to be in local part stores.. i need a new passenger side one...

FYI, the 99 style arms have the hooks on the end where as we have the Pins...
