A trick I learned years ago and still use......Mix 2 Cycle TCW-3 oil with diesel fuel 2:1 and add 1-2 ounces to every 5 gallons of gas at fillups!!! You will have the continuous benefit of upper cylinder lubrication (low ash-no carbon) plus a fuel injector cleaner!!;)
Flame suit on as a precaution!!

Marvel's Mystery Oil supposedly does the same. 4 ounces per fillup. I know a tech that swears by it.

Can't hurt a thing and has to offer some benefit as gasoline is a solvent and has NO lubricating properties!!:shake: I addition a little oil will slow the flame front some and guard against detonation!!:bows:

I've used Lucas UCL 3x without experiencing any change in gas mileage or performance.
Modern gasoline includes certain additives. I find that gasoline isn't completely a solvent.

Don't care what you call it but it IS NOT a lubricant!!:shake:
Most of the additives are for atomization, deposit removal (solvent/detergent), octane protection, moisture control and a miriad of other functions for handling/storeage etc.??
Oh...BTW....Oil companies "Dispose" of excess Benzene in gasoline and are allowed up to 30% I believe and Benzene is the most common organic solvent known to man.....and is carcinogenic!!
All I'm trying to say metro is that adding a small amount of oil will certainly help upper cylinder lubrication and TCW-3 will have minimal impact as far as deposits are concerned!!
