Considering getting a post mount for the two guages. Question: What has anyone done with the lighter? Where do you mount it.

Most people put the lighter on the right side of the center instrument pod when they add another gauge to the center pod. Sounds like your taking the stock gauges out of the pod and mounting them on the "A" pillar. What are you going to do with the empty space/center pod?

I like the F18Hornet look. What gauges are you running up in the center?

In the center: oil pressure, intake air temp, methanol line pressure (mechanical oil pressure gauge), exhaust maniflod temp and fuel pressure

snowbird, whose steering column pod did you use and were there any fitment issues?

On the bottom set of guages, what is the on in the center....It looks like it has 3 hands....like a clock.

I think that is a pod for the Lightning on steering wheel.

He does have me beat, but I've got 8 so far. A spot I haven't put one (yet) is the column pod.

All,

Actually, it is 8 and a half since at the bottom, it is trans temp, center is indeed a clock as I wanted one spare for future needs but wouldn't want to have a hole full of wires sticking out, and volt on the right.

The boost steering one is standard Mustang pod, that fit about 80%. The remaining is cut and paste with Bondo sun reactive plastic and sanding to fit.

And yes discipline is needed to look at the road once in a while !! :)

Edit: Of course, i would exchange my engine with Fordnut one in a heart beat !!
