What is the best day to list on Ebay?

Just wondering here.
Im gonna list my Black MM on Ebay after the KY trip.
I want to have the most exposure and bidders in front of the computer when the auction ends.
This leads me to believe Sunday night at around 8pm would be the best time.
Or Saturday? Or another day all together?

others list so their auctions end on Saturday or Sunday.

the time of the listing has an effect as well sometimes.

Yes, ending time on a Sunday at about 9pm eastern time (this way you still get 6pm on the west coast). I've tested this method against other times and it's worked much better than any other time.

I agree with this.
One time I listed a car that ended early in the morning, it sold for the reserve but I had at least a dozen folks email saying they would have bid higher if they had known the listing was ending.

that's kind of a sweet spot for a lot of things on eBay.


I've listed several cars on eBay, but never actually sold one on eBay.
Get lots of questions, but people always want to deal directly after the auction ends. At least that has been my experience with vehicles on eBay.

Is it really the day that counts? I would figure it's Spring and a ripe time to get buyers. Let ad run for a while.

I had the SHO on there. I put it up on Sunday at 10pm. It ended at about 9:45ish on Sunday.
