if it were closer (a lot closer) I'd go find an 03' body and do a lot of swapping. trust me, its been done a thousand times over with other cars hit worse.

You can't beat the price right now either. I'm going to watch it and see what it goes for.
EDIT- Nevermind, I just saw it had already ended. Reading owns me sometimes. :D

FYI, in the context of the title of your thread, it's "can't", not "cant".
Carry on.

And a 2005 Marunder with the clock in dash.... It must be one of those Uber Rare re-contented 300C's.

Could very well be a "MARAUNDER". Maybe is was hit by a Nissan and left a letter stuck to it. Regardless, you CANNOT fix that damage. Clean titles mean dick when the rear suspension is moved 2 feet. The engine works? Wanna bet??? That driveshaft was shoved forward at the speed of light against a bunch of pretty aluminum bits and probably broke every mount off the motor and trans. The registered owner is Sabrina Gerold; she lives in New York City and the car has a lien from Ford Motor Company. There is a wrecker lien from "downtown towing" and she passed FOUR bad checks trying to get the car out. The reserve was probably the payoff- they will LOSE money on this car, there was NO INSURANCE ON IT!

The shifter also looks "twisted" somewhat. That rear end movement certainly moved the drivetrain a wee bit. I think this MARAUNDER is DONE. :(
On the plus side .... it didn't catch fire with all that rear end damage.

yep, and you can see they didnt take good care of it neither. It looks like the passenger seat is ripped :shake:
8 bids for a wrecked car? Hope its for being fixed and not parting out, although its basically a parts car now.

I hope she gets what she deserves.

I've made some money on eBay misspellings. I bought a telocaster gittar for a few hundred and turned it around for a few thousand. I think that there should be penalties for being stupid.

I met a guy last year that showed up to our local hot rod hangout (Bellmore train station) with a blue Marauder and he said that the guy who owned it before him, spelled the ad wrong when he was trying to sell it, and nobody was making offers or seemed interested in the car, That worked out in his favor when he found it and made a offer less then what the guy wanted for it. I forgot what he paid.

I ran the Florida tag through the lee county tax collector teletag system. It is quicker running a tag than a 17-digit VIN. It is amazing how many people DO NOT get away with pissing me off in traffic.
