Strange Underhood Noise

My girl has just over 62k on her. I have been noticing what I believe is a bearing noise beginning to be more prevalent. When I get up close to the front of the car, hood up, it sure sounds like a water pump. Seeing the alternator is so close, its hard to tell.

Can someone chime in as to the difficulty of W/P replacement? It sure looks easy and id like to know if it comes off w/o much other dissection. The alternator is a no brainer. Could the tensioner also be suspect?

+1 My tensioner was making noise at only 30K miles and they are common to fail.

I replaced my tensioner at 35 k.
