:alone: Ok a coulple of weeks ago a woman rearended me .....not a big deal, but one of my worse days...ok the car is fine but, a couple of days later the airbag light started flashing, and now its on...but now the lights on my steering wheel are not working and my horn is not working .............has anyone had this problem or what should i do.....

If your MM is under 5 years of age and has less than 50k, then take it in to your Ford dealer. If not, see what the body shop that fixed the damage could do for you.

You need a new clockspring, or yours is unplugged.

Take it to someone who is certified to work on it. All of these items are on the same circuit. Airbags should not be messed with as you can deploy them by accident.

I've seen that and it ain't pretty.

I don't think any MM has made the 5 year mark yet. Maybe June of this year!

yeah, im gonna have to see the dealership soon...but im not sure whats the build date but the car has 18,000 on it....

I broke a clockspring on one of my MM's by turning the wheel too much when the steering shaft was disconnected. That was a good lesson!
I removed it myself, brought it to the dealer and they gave me a new one no questions asked, or money exchanged.

When I removed the steering shaft from my Siverado I used a bunji cord to keep the wheel from moving.
