0 - 60 / quarter mile times for 03 vs 04 Stock MM

Hello Everyone....

Without digging around the internet (I'm at work), does anyone know what the 0 to 60 time and the quarter mile time for a 2003 vs 2004 stock MM? I'm just curious how the performance of this cars goes in comparison with the 94 - 96 Chevy Impala SS.

Aren't the 04 marauders faster than the 03 marauders due to better shifting points or something?

I raced a bone stock 04 Marauder with my 03. I had the PHP airbox, 4.10's, pullies, and a DR tune.
We were dead even off the line til about the high end of first gear and the start of second gear, then I started inching away.
Stock for stock, since the 04 has a higher stall convertor then the 03. I would bet on the 04 in a drag race.
All Marauders run different, some 03's ran high 14's stock and some 04's went mid 15's stock. The same for the Impala SS's A friend of mine with gears, intake, cat-back exhaust and throttle body was only able to run 14.7's from a 15.6 stock
I think Ford's respond to mods better then Chevy's.

Dont know about 0-60 but I did a 15.8 bone stock in the quarter mile.

0-60 on my Non Marauder (GM-LSE) was not horrible, but the car felt slow last night. 8.4 on my 1st run, and an 8.2 on my second run.

Its definatly time for a torque convertor and a tune!! The shifts were so fawkin sloppy its rediculous.

if i remember right, stock marauders started to break in and get faster after about 7k miles.

do a search this has been widely discussed. General consus was stock for stock they are pretty close, the Marauder has much more top end. Much depends on the driver.

but who really cares about a comparison with the '94-96 Impala Ss ?
