Well I have had Mikes car here and was waiting to get back from Kentucky, to finish it up and its almost there, below are several shots of a new Maf blow through configuration we are testing for bot non IC and IC S/C systems, I will post more pictures when I can.

The idea of a non IC is to get you into some more power for a reasonable amount of $$.
If the client wants more power down the road they can buy an IC and turn up the boost.
Any idea on how much boost, in the 6 range?

That looks nice!
Simple install too.
Reminds me of the 'Old School' 5.0 Mustang S/C kits.
I know that the whole idea was to make a low dollar S/C kit, but that is just begging for a low $$$ Methanol injection kit....especially in HOT Florida.

I agree but the whole point is a affordable S/C system, and I am very pleased so far, the proof will be the dyno and data of course this could make more power with a Meth kit, but that is over 300.00, but yes it could be added as well as a after cooler later on.

So what are we talking about price wise? And how much boost are you running? 5 or 6 PSI?
Dennis Reinhart
03-29-2007, 07:49 PM
This is a satin S Trim with a 3.6 Pulley, but it has a small inlet, the same blower with a 4" inlet and after cooler makes about 440 RWHP at 10 PSI.
I will not know exact boost till its on the dyno, I am shooting for tomorrow, the kit is not finalized yet I wanted to get this right at 4K, which I do feel comfortable with, again lets wait till I get it on the dyno.

Interesting......
I have said it before and once again.....6 PSI will amaze you for street driving and if this thing will make 6 PSI safely and at a good price.....IT WILL SELL WELL!!!
Dennis,
Could a Meth kit be used to safely make 10 PSI without an intercooler?? If so this could be a simple install (IC plumbing is "fun" ) at a lower price that will safely kick butt!!!  :bows:
Good Luck!!

The car made 381 RWHP and 361 RWT the IAT was 182 degrees @5800 on the dyno, the car a total of about 12 degrees timing at a 1.23 load, this is a dam good number, and I am willing to bet the car could make 400.00 safely, I did back the timing off and clean up the AF, but this was my 8th pull so the car was warm. I will be driving the car data logging it, and going over the data, and I will put it back on the dyno later this week, this car has stock gears and stock converter, it starts and runs great, thanks every one for the support and thanks Michael for the donor car.

I was in Dennis' shop all day today and was lucky enough to see this beast come to life. It started and idled fine... better than stock with a base file in the ECM. I helped DR strap it down and heard and watched most of the day for pull after pull. After about 3 pulls, each next pull was followed by WOW!
The thing souns awesome. Just like a private jet during take off. Now that's what Donk will have. A low-flying jet! Congrats, Michael. It's a real nice setup!
Install the GT pump voltage tables and I bet that A/F will come down.

Michael, your car is no joke. I followed DR around while he was data-logging and that SOB is FAST!!!! It's real quiet, too. The whine isn't very loud 'till you get on it.
You shoulda seen Dennis while it was on the dyno getting tuned. He'd tweak a little and grin, and tweak little and get happier, then he finally came out doing the happy-dance standing on his head and had us all come look! It's bad-ass and safe, too.

Yeah, well, gotta DIE of something, I guess. Bring it on!!!!
I have 2 sisters. One day they approached as I slept. The older one (11) said, "He's so cute when he's sleeping." The other (at about age 4) retorted, "Yeah, but he's UGLY when he's awake!"

Made the trip to DR's yesterday afternoon to pick up the
finished product. Took it for a test drive and wow what a
diffference. After one more test drive and final tweaking
I was on my way home w/ a bigger grin than before.
A quick summary - DR wanted to provide an alternative to
his "full-blown" Vortech kits. His solution was a non-intercooled,
blow through configuration utilizing an S-Trim.
I provided a platform that was essentially "stock" for his initial
build - a stock rearend, U/D pulleys, CAI kit, and a Jerry W.
dyno-tune.
The before numbers were 255 RWHP and 275 RWTQ.
The final results - 375 RWHP and 355 RWTQ.
Dennis and his people took very good care of my car and
provided a clean, good looking installation.
I have to add that Dennis also went an extra step and
provided alternate transportation for my use during the
install (other than his normal loaner vehicle - a tricycle:) ).
Thanks so much Sheila!
I'm sure that Dennis will provide a re-cap of the project
from his aspect along w/ some final pics.
Thanks again Dennis.

Well RC I think Michael Donker has expressed his satisfaction, but yes we sold one Kit Monday, the customer is driving up from South Florida tomorrow, I am putting him in a loaner car, and his car will be done Friday, were installing the kit tomorrow.
Along with this, we sold two Crown Victoria air to air kits and one for a Marauder air to air kit, the owner is also coming in later this month for his install. I will post pictures later on.
We also took in a immaculate white 2000 GM on Monday that we are installing a stock Marauder motor upgrading the exhaust and rear end, I will post all the pictures of this as well.

Here is a update that got lost, when the site lost the gallery last year. Pat had the second NOIC kit I sold. I sold two more last month, and here is the pictures of the up graded air box 4" intake tube, Pat also runs N2O. This is a fairly inexpensive kit that is very easily upgradeable to a full A/A kit. the NOIC makes about 360 RWHP with out N2O.

Dennis is too modest. The car as delivered made 398.94 HP, 365.19 ft lbs of torque and 9.91 lbs of boost @ 6K RPM, measurement is SAE, smoothing= 5.
The system is three years old and I can recommend it. The NOVI Self lubriction is very reliable and consistent. Changing the fluid is easy and quick.
