Hey Guys,

Im pretty sure its my water pump that is making the noise. There is greenish fluid around it now and I can see the pulley wobbling slightly. Ok now I need some direction.

Can someone that has actually replaced the pump chime in with:

Pully bolt size?
Water pump mounting bolt size
Any removal and replacement steps
Any additional items needed

I have no tools and need to round them up. Also the car isnt driveable now, it got really bad today and its parked.

Thanks so much!..I await your expertise as Im stranded

Pulley bolts are 10mm if I remember correctly.
Loosen the pulley bolts, remove the fan belt from the water pump pulley, remove the pulley bolts, remove the water pump bolts (most likely 10mm also), clean gasket surface REALLY good, I don't know if there is a gasket or not so open the new water pump box at the store and there should be some directions in there. You may need to buy some gasket-in-a-tube which the store should have. Bolt the pump in place, bolt the pulley back on, reposition the fan belt, refill the radiator (search the site for the proper burbing procedure).
