Bad Pump, Pump off waiting for Part...now...

Didnt think or care to catch the coolant, screw it as its not that expensive. Holy Hell, the pump shaft was wasted!

After the pump is installed, is there a special procedure in refilling the cooling system?

I believe I said the best thing was to search the site for the refill / burping procedure..... Glad you got it done.

You must bleed the air out of the system. There is a bleeder valve on the horozontal (metal ) water line.
