Anyone have any insite on rebuilding a Ford 8.8 POSI unit? I've acquired one that needs to be rebuilt and was wondering if it was easy to rebuild. Also I've heard that you can have 8 clutches instead of 6. Anyone know if it's just a matter of adding the extra clutches?

It is a piece of cake. The S spring may only be the PITA part.
