When I buy something to make myself happy I smile every time I see it. I include my Marauder in that category.

If I were the sort of person who buys things to impress others - neighbors, friends, strangers - then I would not have bought a Marauder. And I don't think that I would smile as often.

Just some rainy day thoughts here in the Northeast.

I feel the same way about major purchases. My cars and my (future) house are all extensions of my personality. I don't care what kind of car my buddy would've bought in my shoes or what kind of house my friend would build with the same budget.

Yeah, but doesn't it make you smile to drive it?

And ...don't you look at the MM's reflection in the plate glass windows as you drive by? Not to mention that knowing nod from the LEO's, or thumbs-up, when you make eye contact. :D

thats a good point.

Its why i don't like body kits or huge wheels, and its what makes the marauder such a great car ;)
You know what it is- and its not to impress others... except at a red-light ;)

Alright I confess, I do look into the windows to see the cars reflection. Plus, I find myself always looking back after I park it - just to make sure its still there. I'm glad I'm not the only one. You're right, no need to impress others, if it feels good DO IT!
