During some very heavy rains and flooding I sucked in water while traveling on a local interstate highway and had a hydro lock. Cracked the top edge off fo the piston in #7 cylinder. I did a total engine rebuild.

I viewed your photos with great interest since I to am doing a HID install.
Got the fogs done with minimal problem but the 9007 Hi/Lo kit has thrown me a curve.
I have noticed that on your install you had to change the location of some of the pins in the headlight plug.
What was the purpose of this change?
The reason that I ask is because my install is now comeplete but I find that my Hi beams are on when the Lo beams should be on and vise versa.
Will changing the location of the pins in the headlight plug cure this prblem?
thanks in advance for your answer.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

I had same issuse... lol
ya we chsnged the pins at the plug connector to correct this issuse... now are tests showed it works fine.... I would change the pins in the plug going to the light though and leave the actul hesdlig ht housing aslone except for when u need to feed wires out of it like we did....
---------------------------------------------------------------------

So i'm guessing that the green and blue wires need to be reversed, is that correct?
-------------------------------------------------------------------

you are correct...
leave black wire alone....
switch 1 & 3 the blue and green wires...
