Diff Fill Plug Wrench Size Please!

Hey MM'ers

I am doing my axles Thursday. I have pretty much what I need to do the job and then realized, I have no idea what/how to remove the diff fill plug.

Can someone chime in and help a DIYer out?

If my memory is correct, fill plug is either a 3/8" or a 1/2" square drive hole.
If it is you can use a 3/8" or 1/2" breaker bar to loosen and a rachet with no socket to reinstall.
