New Coils...(Granatelli OF-0492CP)

I just received new COP's from Granatelli...Has anyone tried them out? I did a RTFM :P ...And it says that the COBRA 4V COIL INSTALL needs to have the polarity switched.....Did anyone else do the upgrade? :confused:

You may not need to switch polarity. I have read that Granatelli
has upgraded their cops to alleviate this requirement, I would
check with them before your install. Have only upgraded to the
cop connectors, not the cops themselves.

I've just recieved mine as well, and was also confused. Call the tech. service number on one of those papers that came with the kit and ask. I did yesterday, and I have to reverse the polarity.

Yeah Paul...I called JUST IN CASE...And yes I have to reverse...."Never Enough Auto Accessories" is horrible to deal with....Took me four weeks to get mine...On top of that they promised me the newer ones...NEVER AGAIN with them......:mad2:
