Houston Area With Diplomat Consulate Plates Saturday off I-10 West around 11:00 AM.

gotta be the same car I see at IAH all the time.... and the west side is a good spot for some rich consulate type to live in.... bastards

I used to see it all the time, they live in the Galleria area, I think off Bering.

Nothing its just the all the wifes of our foreign diploats like to shop at the Galleria.... Of course Bering and Westheimer is near all the adult ummmm bars so its a good area to be in as well :)
