Fog Light Wiring

Does anybody know the part number to the driver's side wiring harness? It is the wiring that connects to the piece that holds the fog light bulb.

On the attached blue tab it has the following numbers printed on it:
-15A211
-P260R
-3W3T

Are any of these the part number?

Well, if nobody knows the part number, does anybody know a Website where I can look up the part number?

The numbers are the engineering numbers and with the numbers you have any FORD/LINCOLN/MERCURY dealer should be able to get it for you.
