I would like to get some interest started on a bunch of us getting together to go up to Atlanta Dragway this November 2nd on a Friday, for racing on Saturday, November 3rd at the Southern Super Heavyweight Shootout. We'll head home early morning on Sunday, November 4th. About an 8 hour drive from Ft Myers.

It is a blast and I had a great time when I went to SSHS5. Come on guys, lets plan now to attend the event. I will be trailering my Marauder there with the car set up with a C16 race tune, a 100 shot and the slicks. Let's get serious and show those Chevy boys and other Marauder groups we at SSM rule at the track:bows:.

Don't worry Merc. We have your back. You are a MARAUDER GUY and that is all that counts. You don't mess with Marauder guys.;) Believe me, they remember me there at SSHS5 and hated Marauders. Now they have respect for our cars like it or not.

Compared to most of the guys racing I'm gonna be on the slow side too, but who cares. You Just have to dial in right, and then not break out. I was a spectator last year, and learned alot watching the races with Merc and his wife.:beer: I figure I'll give it a go since I have never been on a formal drag strip before. I got no idea what my MM will do, but I know one thing, she will do all she can:coolman: :burnout: . Come on down, and follow Hotrauders:beatnik: instructions...Be prepared, cause if it will be like last year you will make good horsepower, but hooking up will be real tricky. Should be fun!
