Check the link called "Timeslips" at the top of the page. Lots of info there on 0-60 foot times, 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile and trap speeds.

The most accurate way to do this is to go to the track where they have the equipment to measure it right to the 0.001 second. Anything else would be pure guestimation.

If you meant 0-60 MPH then you might be able to get close enough with a stop watch. It probably won't hold up in MM court though.

I know products like the GTechPro http://www.gtechpro.com/ can measure 0-60 mph and 1/4 mile times.

According to a G-tech pro I pulled a 5.3 0-60 and a 13.9 1/4 mile.

I did this by walking the throttle out, I think I could pull a high 4 second 0-60 and a mid 13 second time if I was able to launch hard off the convertor.

Is the stock 04 faster than the 03?

I depends on the specific car and the specific driver. "The Any Given Sunday" rule applies. In October '04, I had the opportunity to run against a stock '04at Mason-Dixon. I got the jump off the line and the '04 hung at my rear quarter panel for the entire run. My '03 crossed the 1/4 mile finish about 3/4 car length ahead of the '04. The difference ain't worth mentioning. I will admit that he was coming up very slowly on me.

Guess its a good thing that I put that cooler of beer, two spare tires, and the lawn chairs in his trunk.

Mods: 4.10, JLT intake and Lidio Tuned...

Using an Aeroforce gauge and a Beltronics VectorFX2 (like a fancier GTech Pro) both result in 0-60 times of about 5.9 sec. I also get about the same, if I enter stats from old timeslips into this calculator:
