Yep it is, it is in the trunk facing the wrong way. turn it ninety degrees either way and it will hold the golf bags.:)

No, it is part of the "golf organizer" for Lincolns. I bought one on eBay. The bag holders are attached with velcro. Dividers come with it. I had to make covers for it.
