Hello Everyone,
I purchased my 2003 MM in April and have been viewing this site since.
I have a black 300B, no options, and thanks to a couple rebates and a good deal from Prestige lincoln Mercury in Skokie, paid $28200 (sticker was $34495) I am scheduled with Kenny Brown on July 7th for a supercharger install. I love the car, and can't wait for Kenny to do his thing. There are a lot of passionate people here, and I like reading about everyone's mods. So far I have the ss inserts (www.ssinserts.com) and tints (5% in back and 35% in front) I'd be interested in getting together with MM owners in the area to kick the tires and BS a little. I'm happy to join this community, and look forward to contributing.

Welcome aboard Biggn. Congrats on the car and the mod.
The bunch in the Chicago area that frequents this site are good people. You should make plans to hook up with them when you can.

Thanks for the great welcome. One week from today my MM goes to Indy for the Kenny Brown Marauder S package. In addition to the "S" pkg. KB is also adding an auxiliary trans cooler, high performance torque converter, boost gauge, and PIAA headlight bulbs. I was told that installation time is 4-5 weeks. I'm looking forward to hooking up with the local MM's "chicken run" once I get the car back.

Biggn,I agree with KB on everything else he's doing to your car,but forget the PIAA bulbs.I put a set of those $65 superwhite bulbs of theirs that were "55 watts equals 100 watts" in my 98 Expedition, the same bulbs the Marauders use, they were a total waste of money.Instead, try the Sylvania Silverstars for less than $20 per bulb, lots of the 2%ers here have switched to them and really like them.
