Slight surge in A.M.??

Hey guys,
Not sure how to explain it but it's done it ever since I got the car and not really that worried about it just curious if I'm the only one that has this problem.
At 1st start up in the morning...back out of driveway and under very slight load...if I hold the pedal steady the car feels like it's going from 1000-1200-1000 Rpm...but the tach does not move.Once warm goes away...Tranny possibly??? No other problems just kinda annoying.

There was a dealer reflash for the early builds for this very issue, if you have a 2003 with FDH2 I bet this is it... see this thread:

Have DR tune though...and different ECM code...Maybe just needs a S/C haha thanx though I will look into it!

My DR tune for BDMO needed the same fix, call him up and he'll fix you up!

Mine is BMDO maybe will call during the week...not fatal so no big panic..Thanx for your help guys
